Who we are
OnceInALife Events is an events and experiences company based in Mumbai, part of OnceInALife (onceinalife.in), delivering silent discos, adventure gaming, e-gaming and amusement experiences for college fests, corporate events and weddings across India. Since 2016, we have delivered 200+ events for 50+ premier institutes and universities. Our clients include Red Bull, Mood Indigo and Techfest (IIT Bombay), OASIS (BITS Pilani), WAVES (BITS Goa), Riviera (VIT Vellore), Atharva (IIM Indore) and Oriana (AIIMS Raipur).
How we keep events safe
Every experience is planned with activity-specific briefing, trained supervision and on-ground operational checks. We provide the safety gear each activity needs, such as masks and protective gear for paintball and the rage room. Guests are briefed before each activity, and our trained crew supervises it throughout the event.
