We supply as many wireless headphones as your event needs, depending upon your requirement, be it 10, 1,000+ or more. Our silent disco runs 2 or 3 music channels at the same time. Each channel can have its own DJ or playlist, and the LED lights on the headphones change colour to show which channel each guest is on, so you can see the crowd's choice. Guests switch channels and set their own volume whenever they like.

Setup and pack-down time depend on your requirements, such as the number of headphones, channels and DJs, and any lighting add-ons. Our trained on-site crew handles the full setup and pack-down. We agree the timings with you in advance and build them into the event schedule, so everything is ready before guests arrive.

Yes. Because the music plays through headphones rather than loudspeakers, a silent disco works indoors and outdoors: halls, banquet rooms, clubs, campus lawns, terraces and open grounds. It also suits noise-sensitive venues, since the room stays far quieter than a speaker-led party. Tell us about your venue and we will plan the layout.

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks before your event. For larger events, or if you want several experience zones alongside the silent disco, booking 1–2 months ahead gives us the best time to plan. We run events all year round, so send us your date as soon as it is fixed.

Yes. Every guest sets their own volume on their wireless headphones, so the music can be as loud or as soft as they like without affecting anyone else. Guests can also lift the headphones off to talk, which makes a silent disco comfortable for mixed crowds, from students to senior family members at a wedding.

A headphone-led Garba is a colourful twist on community Garba nights: dancers hear the music clearly through their headphones while the venue stays quiet, which helps with late-night events and noise-sensitive areas.
