Booking & Planning

What types of events do you work with?

We work with college fests, campus and club days, corporate events and team challenges, and private celebrations such as weddings and birthdays. Silent discos also suit clubs, noise-sensitive venues and Garba nights. Whether it is a large public festival or a small private party, we build the activity mix around your crowd, space and timing.

How do I book an experience with OnceInALife Events?

Send us your event date, city, venue and expected number of guests through the quote form on our contact page, or call us. We check availability, suggest the experiences that suit your crowd and send you a quote. Once you confirm, our team starts planning the setup, staffing and on-ground operations.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks before your event. For larger events or several experience zones, booking 1–2 months ahead gives us the best time to plan. We run events all year round, so send us your date as soon as it is fixed and we will check availability.

Check availability →

Can we combine several experiences at one event?

Yes. You can mix experiences from different categories, for example an adventure gaming zone by day and a silent disco for an after-dark finish, or e-gaming alongside inflatables and arcade games. Tell us your guest count, venue and timings, and we will suggest a combination that fits your space and schedule.

Do you offer ready-made packages?

Yes, as a starting point. Adventure packages include Social Spark (archery, target shooting, RC cars, Catch the Baton), Squad Challenge (paintball, body zorbing, CrossFit race, obstacle course) and Adrenaline Zone (ATV, go-karts, gel blaster, rage room). Silent disco comes as Silent Disco, Disco + Lighting or Custom. Any package can be customised.

Each brochure shows the activities, photos from our events and suggested packages, so it is easy to share with your committee or team.

Silent Disco

What is a silent disco?

A silent disco is a dance party where every guest wears glowing wireless LED headphones instead of listening to loudspeakers. Guests switch between 2 or 3 music channels and set their own volume, so different songs play on the same dance floor at once. It works for college fests, corporate parties, weddings and Garba nights alike.

More about silent disco →

How many headphones can you provide?

We supply as many wireless headphones as your event needs, depending upon your requirement, be it 10, 1,000+ or more. The right number depends on your guest count and how many people you expect on the dance floor at once. Share your expected guest count when you ask for a quote, and we will plan the setup.

More about silent disco →

How many music channels are there?

Our silent disco runs 2 or 3 music channels at the same time. Each channel can have its own DJ or playlist, and the LED lights on the headphones change colour to show which channel each guest is on, so you can see the crowd's choice. Guests switch channels and set their own volume whenever they like.

Can a silent disco work indoors and outdoors?

Yes. Because the music plays through headphones rather than loudspeakers, a silent disco works indoors and outdoors: halls, banquet rooms, clubs, campus lawns, terraces and open grounds. It also suits noise-sensitive venues, since the room stays far quieter than a speaker-led party. Tell us about your venue and we will plan the layout.

Can you run a silent disco for a Garba night?

Yes. A headphone-led Garba is a colourful twist on community Garba nights: dancers hear the music clearly through their headphones while the venue stays quiet, which helps with late-night events and noise-sensitive areas. Tell us your expected crowd size, venue and dates, and we will plan the channels and headphone count.

What e-gaming and simulator options are available?

They suit fests, corporate events and private parties, and can run alongside other experiences at the same event.

Are your activities suitable for corporate team building?

Yes. Our adventure gaming range includes team-building activities alongside paintball, treasure hunts, obstacle races and challenges like CrossFit, which get colleagues working together. A silent disco is also a relaxed way to bring teams together at an offsite or party. Tell us your team size and goals, and we will suggest a mix.

Team-building activities →

Can you run gaming tournaments at our event?

Yes. Consoles, racing simulators and PC/LAN setups work well for tournaments and leaderboards, which add competition and keep guests coming back to the gaming zone. Tell us the games you have in mind, the number of players and the time available, and we will plan a tournament format that fits your event.

Safety & Staffing

How do you keep activities safe?

Every experience is planned with activity-specific briefing, trained supervision and on-ground operational checks. We provide the safety gear each activity needs, such as masks and protective gear for paintball and the rage room. Guests are briefed before they start, and our crew supervises each activity throughout the event.

How we keep events safe →

Do you provide staff to run the activities?

Yes. Our team handles staffing and on-ground operations as part of end-to-end planning, so trained crew run each experience on site from setup to pack-down. The crew size depends on the activity and your event. Your own team does not need to operate any equipment, so they can enjoy the event.

About our team →

Do you provide DJs?

Yes. We work with both in-house and partner DJs, who can play your main dance floor, a stage segment or the separate channels of a silent disco. DJ setups, lighting, staging and artist management are part of our media and entertainment services. Tell us about your crowd and we will suggest the right setup.

Venues & Locations

Which cities do you cover?

OnceInALife Events is based in Mumbai and delivers events PAN India, for public, corporate and private events. Our team travels with the equipment and crew to run each experience at your venue. Share your city, venue and date when you get in touch, and we will confirm availability and send you a quote.

Check your city →

How long does setup take?

Setup and pack-down time depend on your requirements: the activities you choose, the number of stations or headphones, and the size of your venue. Our crew handles setup and pack-down for you. We agree the timings in advance and build them into the event schedule, so everything is ready before guests arrive.

Plan your timings →

Which activities can be set up indoors?

It depends on the activity and the venue. Silent discos, e-gaming, VR, simulators and arcade games are typically set up indoors, while activities such as ATV rides, go-karts and paintball typically need open outdoor space. Each service page lists the typical setting for every activity, and we confirm the layout during planning.

Compare activities →

What do you need from the venue?

Most experiences need clear floor or ground space, access for unloading equipment and a power supply near the setup area. Exact needs depend on the activities you choose, so we confirm everything with you during planning, once we have seen your venue layout, and adapt the activity mix to the space you have.
